Miko is a sweet undemanding girl, and tends to be a bit timid with strangers, but warms up quickly when she senses you are a trustworthy friend. She is the best behaved houseguest I have ever had, respecting my space and sticking to hers. She spends her days outdoors except when it rains, and usually sleeps indoors unless it’s very warm. She likes car rides and walks, and laying in the warm sun. She has shared her space with a lab for the past 5 years and gets along well with him. She is protective of her food, as he is always on the sidelines waiting to see if there are any leftover tidbits. It’s interesting to watch, as she will eat what she wants and then stand over her bowl keeping an eye on him until she’s ready to give it over, and then quietly walks away. She recently had a mass removed from her back or dorsum. It was benign, and doctor said she did really well. I’m hoping to find her a loving home before the end of the month as I am moving out of my home into a small apartment. The picture in the photo was taken after my son picked her up for me after her surgery. She looked at him as if to say, why you…where’s grandma? Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
